Terms of Stay

Welcome to Ignisdrake Resort & Casino ("Ignisdrake", "we", "us"). By reserving a suite, dining table, event seat, or entering our gaming salons, you agree to these Terms of Stay. Please read them in full.
1. Eligibility
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to reserve accommodation and at least 21 years of age to enter the casino salons or participate in any gaming activity. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in and may be requested at any time on property.
2. Reservations & Payment
- All reservations require a valid payment card to guarantee the booking.
- A pre-authorisation hold of $300 per night is placed at check-in for incidentals and released within 7 business days of departure.
- Quoted rates are per suite, per night, and exclude applicable taxes, resort levies, and gratuities unless stated otherwise.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Your Emberkeeper can arrange alternate timing on request.
4. Conduct in the Salons
- All gaming is subject to the posted rules of each table and the decisions of our floor management, which are final.
- Recording devices, photography, and mobile telephones are not permitted at gaming tables.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend play, or remove any guest whose conduct endangers the safety or enjoyment of others.

5. Property & Liability
In-suite safes are provided for valuables. Ignisdrake is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property except as required by applicable law. Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your reservation applies to that stay. Continued use of the property constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
