Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair while allowing us to hold our limited seven suites for those who truly intend to arrive.
Standard Suites

Dragon's Throne Villa & Peak Season
Reservations for the Dragon's Throne Villa, and all bookings during peak event weekends (e.g. the Dragonflame Poker Series), require 7 days' notice for a full refund. Cancellations inside 7 days forfeit the full deposit.
Early Departure
Guests who depart before their scheduled check-out will be charged a one-night administrative fee in addition to nights already stayed.
Dining & Events
- Dining reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge; later cancellations incur a $75 per-guest fee.
- Event tickets (galas, tournaments) are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with 48 hours' notice.
How to Cancel
To cancel or modify a reservation, contact your Emberkeeper at emberkeeper@ignisdrake.online or call +1 (800) 347-2583. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
